Rebid 1 Disposal of Concrete, Asphalt, and Construction Debris Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, permits/licenses and transportation to perform non-hazardous dry garbage and construction debris collection, removal and disposal services, on an as needed basis and upon request, for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility (RJD), located at 480 Alta Road, San Diego, CA 92179. DISABLED VETERAN BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DVBE) INCENTIVE CDCR is committed to meeting and exceeding the three percent (3%) goal for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation in State contracting activities, set forth in Military and Veterans Code 999. The DVBE Incentive Program applies to all contracting activities for services. The DVBE incentive is applied during the evaluation process and is only applied to responsive bids from responsible bidders proposing DVBE participation. This incentive is for bid computation only. Any letters of inquiry must be submitted by email to allow CDCR time to research and prepare a response. Contractor may submit a written request to terminate this Agreement only if the State should substantially fail to perform its responsibilities as provided herein.
