Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: 2,120 LF of 12-inch water line and all appurtenances 1,830 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe and all appurtenances 1505 LF of 24-inch through 60-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances 2,880 LF of 6' X 3' through 7' X 4' storm sewer box and all appurtenances 7,730 SY of 10-inch concrete reinforced pavement with 8-inch subgrade and 6-inch curb 980 SY of Asphalt Pavement A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. Question Deadline 09/10/2025 at 11:00 AM CT online submission. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer. The Front Office and Receptionist Desk are located on the 5th floor (Suite 500).
