Site work for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of work to include but not limited to: Construction of over 4,000 linear feet of 6-inch force main, with electrical and pump upgrades at existing Lift Station No. 13; in accordance with the plans and specifications. Complete in place. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The deadline to ask questions is 9/08/2025 10:30 AM CST. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer. The Front Office and Receptionist Desk are located on the 5th floor (Suite 500). The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
