Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Paris, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
For several items and quantities of work, including the following: Demolition of existing 1st Street pavement section, to be replaced with brick paver pedestrian plaza and associated sidewalk improvements, including bollards, lighting and irrigation. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid for those contracts that exceed $100,000. A certified check or bank draftpayable to the CITY OF PARIS or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Docs notes : Electronic copies of the Bid/Contract Documents may be obtained at no charge on the City of Paris Website, online or printed copies may be obtained for $75.00 per set, from MTG Engineers & Surveyors, Inc., by contacting (903) 838-8533 or via email to DonnaCooper@mtgengineers.com. The CITY OF PARIS reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any in formalities in the bidding deemed to be in the best interest of the city.
