As of July 17, 2025 project was awarded to Pridemore Construction, LLC in the amount of $301,243.50 Each Proposal submitted shall be accompanied by an acceptablebidder's surety bond or a bid guaranty in the form of a certified checkor a cashier's check made payable to the City of Paris in the amountnot less than 5% of the greatest possible total amount of the Proposalsubmitted as a guarantee that, if awarded, the contract, the Bidderwill enter into a Contract and execute all necessary bonds and provide evidence of all required insurance coverage. All bidders' securitywill be retained until a contract has been awarded and executed. The successful bidder shall furnish performance and payment bondsin the amount of 100% of the contract sum as well as evidence of allrequired insurance coverage within ten (10) calendar days of noticeof award. The successful bidder shall also furnish a MaintenanceBond in the amount of 15% of the contract sum covering defects ofmaterial and workmanship for one calendar year following the City'sapproval and acceptance of the construction.
