The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Aboveground Storage Tank Integrity Testing Services for Various California Army National Guard Installations located at Various Locations, CA. Work to include: The Contractor shall perform the inspections and services required to ensure that Federal, State, and local Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) compliance requirements are met at California Army National Guard (CA ARNG) sites and to ensure the fuel and waste tank systems are performing as intended. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 36421 - DO NOT OPEN. Pre bid Note: Prospective bidders shall not proceed directly to the job site unless directed to do so in writing by the Contracting Officer. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type HAZ - Hazardous Substance Removal Certification license, or subcontract to one.
