As of OCtober 24, 2025. Project was awarded to Iverson Construction’s bid for $201,847.71 The Project is located on Jack Oad Road from House #1106 Jack Oak Road to State Trunk Highway '133'. The length is estimated at 5,295 feet with an average road width of 24 feet. The Work consists of 1.5-inch mill, sweep, tack coat, and paving 2-inch compacted thickness of hot mix asphalt. Contractor shall match into all existing driveways. Milling material shall be stockpiled on the Village of Cassville property. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis.
