Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sydenham, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Township is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the design, supply, construction, and installation of a roof structure over the existing 56' x 152' outdoor rink (concrete slab is 62' x 162' with 4' frost protection around perimeter of concrete slab) located at 6598 Buckshot Lake Road, Plevna, ON K0H 2M0. The purpose of the project is to provide year-round weather protection, extend rink lifespan, and enhance community use. The proposed budget for this project is $250,000 (HST excluded).
