A preconstruction meeting will be held after the awarding of the contract. A tentative meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 6, 2025, at the West Goshen Township Municipal Offices, 1025 Paoli Pike, West Chester, PA 19380, Conference Room D in the D Building. The project consists of the construction of approximately 385 linear feet of concrete sidewalk along West Rosedale Avenue, two accessible ramps, 27 feet of HDPE storm sewer, two (2 x 2 feet) storm inlets, and incidentals. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of West Goshen Township or a Bid Bond in favor of West Goshen Township in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work in connection with this project constitutes Public Work by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening. West Goshen Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities
