Included under this Project consists of exterior and interior renovations to create the Twisted Taco restaurant located on the campus of West Chester University in West Chester, PA. Exterior work includes removal and installation of entrance doors and modifications to exterior wall construction. Exterior signage not in contract, but electrical connections and roof patch/repair is in contract. Interior work includes selective demolition of existing materials and components throughout the area, installation of floor, wall, bulkhead and ceiling construction and finishes throughout the area, installation of millwork and casework elements, installation of feature walls and accents, and installation and modifications to plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems.
