The project consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment to complete culvert rehabilitation, concrete construction, riprap placement, E&S controls, roadway reconstruction, and all other associated work listed in the contract documents and as indicated on the plans. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of East Bradford Township, or a Bid Bond in a form acceptable to the Township for the benefit of the Township in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders. The selected bidder shall be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, in a form acceptable to the Township.
