Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of August 29, 2025, this project will be awarded on September 4, 2025. Board of Supervisors of East Bradford Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania ("Board") is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Plum Run Trail (Phase 1) and Heritage Center. Questions regarding this bid may be emailed to Rich Phifer, Director of Property and Recreation, at rphifer@eastbradford.org, but must be received not later than Monday, August 11, 2025 at 4:00 PM. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid price, payable to the Township, must accompany all bids. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract. A Maintenance Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the contract amount will also be required. The bid specification requires prevailing wages. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and/or irregularities in any or all bids, for any reason.
