Renovation of a military facility in S Zanesville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The contractor shall remove the existing membrane roof and supply and install a new membrane roof with a minimum 20-year warranty and no leaks. All necessary flashing must be provided to ensure proper sealing around roof penetrations, preventing water intrusion into the intake structure. The roof is estimated to measure 75 feet by 38 feet; a site visit is recommended to confirm dimensions. The contractor is responsible for removing all trash and waste from the site, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring government personnel retain access to the intake for gate operations and maintenance. All tools, equipment, labor, and materials required to complete the job must be provided by the contractor. Existing ballast must be relocated and reused after installation of the new membrane roof. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 30 calendar days *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. DILLON LAKE AND DAM - INTAKE ROOF REPLACEMENT - CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE EXISTING MEMBRANE ROOF, SUPPLY AND INSTALL NEW MEMBRANE ROOF. NEW ROOF MUST HAVE 20-YEAR MINIMUM WARRANTY AND HAVE NO LEAKS UPON COMPLETION OF INSTALLATION. ALL FLASHING NEEDED IS ALSO TO BE SUPPLIED BY CONTRACTOR TO ENSURE ANY ROOF PENETRATIONS ARE ALSO FLASHED CORRECTLY, NOT ALLOWING ANY WATER TO ENTER THE INTAKE STRUCTURE. This contract is to remove existing membrane roof, supply and install new membrane roof. New roof must have 20-year (minimum) warranty and have no leaks upon completion of installation. All flashing needed is also to be supplied by contractor to ensure any roof penetrations are also flashed correctly, not allowing any water to enter the intake structure. Roof is an estimated 75' by 38', a site visit is suggested to confirm measurement. All trash and waste will be removed from site by the contractor. The contractor shall keep the site/ work area neat and ensure govt workers have access to intake for needed gate operations or maintenance tasks. The Contractor is to provide all tools, equipment, labor and materials to complete the job. Relocate Ballast so it can be reused after new membrane roof is installed. The contractor shall ensure all equipment meets EM385.1.1 standards. The roof must be installed per all federal, state, and local laws. Anchoring of roof shall ensure roof does not become detached due to high winds (Class 1-90 minimum). Install one layer of 2.6" Poly-Iso Insulation. Any damage to govt property during removal of old roof or install of new roof will be repaired at contractor's expense. New roof material will be (at minimum) 9mm thick rubber membrane (membrane roof made from synthetic rubber, thermoplastic (PVC or similar material), or modified bitumen.) style. New roof will be white in color and all flashing, silicone, and hardware will match roof material color. Install protective mat over newly installed membrane. No used materials will be accepted by the govt. All materials used will be new and of quality craftsmanship.
