This Contract contemplates the complete structural design and construction of the City of Minneapolis 1st Precinct Exterior Building Signage Project for the Minneapolis Property Services Department, located at 330 S. 12th St., Minneapolis, MN 55404, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. Work to be performed consists of providing all design, materials, machinery, labor, supplies, tools, transportation, equipment, handling, freight, necessary insurance and permits, and other required items for general, structural, architectural, demolition as shown in the Contract Documents on file in the Minneapolis Finance and Property Services Department, Property Services Division and with the Purchasing Agent of the City of Minneapolis. Design Services provided shall consist of existing conditions analysis and structural engineering services for the Building Mounted Metal to achieve the design intent shown in the Bid Documents, with the engineered drawings to be reviewed and approved by the City's Project Manager prior to proceeding with construction.
