This Pre-qualification announcement will be used to award three separate professional/technical contracts. MnDOT anticipates that selected responders (up to three) will be awarded one contract per firm. The LOI's will be used as a basis to award the remaining contracts for the projects below. It will be MnDOT's decision how to divide these projects among the successful responders. Project B is SP 2774-27, a standalone signing renewal project along TH 62 between Penn Ave and TH55/Hiawatha Ave in Minneapolis. This project is tied to SP 2775-25, a multidiscipline project on TH 62 between 28th Ave and 0.1 mi E of 43rd Ave in Minneapolis, and this area will be excluded from SP 2774-27. The project has a letting date of January 27, 2027 Project Goal The goal of these projects is to replace signs, markers, delineators, and extruded panel overlays to achieve MnDOT life cycle requirements for sign replacement within the standards and guidelines of the current editions of the Minnesota Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MN MUTCD) and MnDOT Traffic Engineering Manual. Signs impacted due to geometric changes within the project will also be replaced as necessary. Overhead sign structures will also be replaced due to impact or age.
