Site Location & Description:- The west portion of the project (from Seubert Avenue to 476 th Avenue) is located on or just north of 72 nd Street North and the east portion of the project (east of 476 th Avenue and south of Slip Up Creek Road) is agricultural land. The surfacing on 72 nd Street North is mostly gravel (far west portion is asphalt). There are several wetland areas/drainageways that run through the project. The topography is slightly rolling.
