Construction Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for maintenance, repair, and construction services in support of National Guard activities throughout the State of South Dakota. Work includes a broad range of military renovation and construction projects, primarily for the South Dakota Air National Guard Base in Sioux Falls and other National Guard facilities statewide. Task orders may involve construction, repair, and alteration of facilities, electrical systems, mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC and controls), fire suppression systems, roof installation and repair, and concrete/asphalt paving. Projects will be bid-build type from completed designs, with most work focused on sustainment, repair, and maintenance (SRM) under $1 million. The MATOC will consist of two five-year ordering periods, with a total contract ceiling of $25 million shared among all awardees. Task orders will range from $2,000 to $5,000,000, with a minimum guaranteed amount of $500 per awarded IDIQ contract. All awards will be made to qualifying small businesses, and individual task orders may be set aside for SBA Certified 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB concerns. Contractors will compete for task orders based on price and other factors such as past performance and technical capability. Performance and payment bonds will be required for task orders exceeding $150,000. Contractors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including safety, security, and environmental requirements.
