**As of October 1st, 2025, the project was awarded to Soukup Construction, Inc, with an awarded amount of $262,827.25.** The Project includes the following Work: Well 15 Decommissioning will consist of traffic control, Bragstad well demolition (approximately 45' Depth by 40' dia.), quartzite backfill, lean cement capping, subbase backfilling, water line removal, electrical removal, seeding, hydro mulching, and associated miscellaneous work. Construction may begin only after the Sioux Falls Regional Airport Authority secures the necessary well water rights. The Sioux Falls Regional Airport Authority anticipates completing the water-rights transfer in September/October 2025, contingent upon unexpected delays. The base bid construction schedule shall have a completion date of November 14, 2025.
