The Work for Which These Proposals Are to Be Submitted Consists of Providing All Labor, Tools, Materials, Equipment and Supervision Necessary for the Performance of All Operations Incidental to the Cleanup, Mowing, Trimming, Edging and Mulching to Keep the Properties and Grounds of the Athens Housing Authority in a Neat and Orderly Appearance. All Rfp Inquires Must Be Made in Writing via Email to Vendors@athenshousing.org or U.s. Mail to Athens Housing Authority, 300 S. Rocksprings St, Athens, Ga 30606, Attn: Procurement Contracting Officer. In the Event That the Contract or Contracts Are Awarded, the Bidder Will Enter Into the Contract(S) and Shall Furnish the Required Certificate of Insurance, Performance Bond and Other Requirements of the Rfp. Proposals Shall Be Prepared, Addressed and Submitted in Compliance With Detailed Instructions as Set Forth in the Contract Documents. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish and Pay for Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond(S) in the Amount of 100% of the First Year Contract(S) Amount. All Contractors Shall Be Required to Comply With the Equal Employment, E-verify and Section 3 Requirements of the Federal Government. Attention is Called to the Fact That Wages Not Less Than the Rates as Published by Hud Form 52158 and as Set Forth in the Specifications Must Be Paid on This Project. The Authority Intends to Enter Into Three Contracts: One Contract in Comer, Ga and Two Contracts in Athens-clarke County, Ga. However, the Authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, or to Award in Part or in Whole, or to Reject Any Part of Any Bid, to Waive Any Informality in Any Bid, or to Re-advertise for All or Part of the Work Contemplated.
