A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Ramsey County, through the Parks & Recreation Department, seeks a qualified contractor to construct a 2.7-mile bituminous trail extension consisting of grading, aggregate base, erosion control, storm sewer, bituminous trail, bituminous mill & overlay, retaining walls, pedestrian bridges, landscaping and restoration, fencing, pedestrian crossing improvements, and tree removal.
