Project has been Rebid Project No -R24-5004.000 The Project consists of a complete remodel of the existing admin spaces and some adjacent classrooms with the addition of a new secured entry and entrance canopy. There will also be ceiling, lighting and markerboard replacement throughout the building. The project will add fire protection throughout the building with the addition of a new fire pump. The boiler and hydronic system will be replaced in the remodeled portion of the building. There will also be a new 3" waterline brought in from the North to have dedicated domestic and fire protection water supplies. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount (in the form of a bid bond or cashier's check) is required for bids totaling $175,000 or more.
