Renovation of a municipal facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This specification covers requirements for concrete foundations at the NW 68th & W. Holdrege Substation. The common street address of the substation is 6800 W. Holdrege St, Lincoln, NE. The proposed work is shown on the associated drawings. Pier foundations labeled PPP4, PPP5, and PPP6 will require an outage, no other work is anticipated to require a substation outage. All work shall be completed by November 21st, 2025. Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and material to construct concrete foundations as per LES Specifications S-25-19 included in this solicitation. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction and Installation Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating; and 4) Complete the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Form.
