Metro and the Metro Venues are seeking on-call plumbing services for both residential and commercial properties owned by Metro and Metro Venues. Services will be provided on an emergency, on-call and scheduled basis. This includes all Metro facilities, sites and venues including approximately 28 residential sites throughout the Metro Region, park facilities, nature parks, and boat ramps. Bidders may include bids for commercial services, residential services, or both. This workshop is designed for COBID-certified and COBID-eligible contractors with the essential skills and knowledge needed to effectively respond to this ITB. This workshop is meant to help contractors understand Metro's bidding process and to be prepared to submit for this ITB. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the requirements and best practices for preparing competitive bids that meet Metro's standards and specifications.
