Plans call for construction on the second floor. The work would involve minor demolition and construction of new walls to create a break room, offices, a print area, an open office area, Zoom rooms, meeting rooms, a workroom, and a prayer room. The online computer learning room, GPC rooms and central atrium would be remodeled. The work would also involve ceiling, flooring, finishes, plumbing and electrical. As of October 14, 2025 the project is in final design stage and seeking building permit approval from the City of Portland. An application is in review. The project is located at PCC's Sylvania Campus in Portland Oregon.
