Renovation of an educational facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,450-square-foot educational facility.
Plans call for construction on the second floor. The work would involve minor demolition and construction of new walls to create a break room, offices, a print area, an open office area, Zoom rooms, meeting rooms, a workroom, and a prayer room. The online computer learning room, GPC rooms and central atrium would be remodeled. The work would also involve ceiling, flooring, finishes, plumbing and electrical. As of October 14, 2025 the project is in final design stage and seeking building permit approval from the City of Portland. An application is in review. The construction timeline has not been established.* The original bid follows below. ________________________________ Description Portland Community College CT Project is a multi-phased capital improvement project with aimed at modernizing and enhancing campus facilities to better support student success and academic programming. The project is located at PCC's Sylvania Campus in Portland Oregon. Construction will be delivered through multiple bid packages, beginning with three enabling/swing bid packages scheduled for rollout by Summer 2025. These early packages will facilitate phased construction and maintain campus operations during the main project work. The main CT project bid package is scheduled for rollout in Summer 2026. Lewis is teaming with ZANA Construction as a GC Partner. Please provide pricing that covers enabling work for the SCB (South Classroom building) and TCB (Technology Classroom building). This phase includes temporary re-locations, selective demolition and upgrades to interior finishes and MEPF systems. STATE REQUIREMENTS: All proposers must comply with the following requirements; BOLI Prevailing Wage Law, ORS 279.350, be licensed with the Construction Contractors Board, ORS 671.530 and resident status, ORS 279.029. Minority-owned, women-owned, emerging small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned, and disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to submit a proposal for this project.
