Renovation of a multi-residential development in Escanaba, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
As of October 10, 2025 the project was already completed but the owner won't provide any other information. The Escanaba Housing Commission, a HUD facility, is seeking sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors for a comprehensive HVAC control system upgrade at the Harbor Tower apartment building. The project includes the installation of a new Niagar a Jace front -end controller, new boiler room control panels, and all associated wiring and components to enhance energy efficiency and provide remote monitoring capabilities. The scope of work requires specialized expertise in HVAC control systems, electrical installation, and plumbing. Bidders must submit their proposals with separate cost breakdowns for the control system, plumbing, and electrical work. The Escanaba Housing Commission reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding, and to award the contract to the most responsive and responsible bidder that is in the best interest of the commission. This project is subject to Federal labor standards and is an equal opportunity procurement.
