The Work includes but is not limited to provision of Materials, Equipment, Labor, Maintenance of Traffic, and all incidental items and services necessary to maintain or repair GMX systemwide structures including but not limited to bridges, overhead signs, Toll Gantries, Dynamic Message Sign Structures, MSE Walls, sound walls, retaining walls, concrete pavement, barrier walls, and high mast lighting and drainage to comply with current safety standards, and the latest edition of the Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction including all applicable revisions The term of the Agreement shall be four (4) years ("Initial Term") from the Notice to Proceed. At its sole discretion and subject to the Contractor receiving no less than an "Excellent" rating in the final Contract Performance Evaluation for the last year of the Initial Term, GMX may renew the term of the Agreement for an additional optional two (2) one (1) year renewals ("Renewal Term"). If a Work Order is ongoing at the end of the Term of the Agreement, GMX, at its sole discretion, may extend the term of the Work Order until the Work is completed GMX reserves the right to make changes by increasing, decreasing, and/or modifying the Work as detailed in the Contract Documents
