Reference Number 0000396616 PROJECT ADDRESS: 18400 W. 9 Mile (Fire Station #1); 25753 W. 9 Mile (Fire Station #2); 20135 W. 12 Mile (Fire Station #3); 24477 Lahser Rd (Fire Station #5) This project generally includes the following: Refer to Technical Specification 011000 - SUMMARY" for Project Background and Description of Work. Installation of new Generator at four fire stations. Associated site work including concrete pad, fencing, and restoration. Underground utility modifications to support generator, including electrical and gas. Infrastructure for support of new generator and temporary generator connections Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements Buyer Requires E-Bonding - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % An e-bond payable to the City of Southfield for a sum not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the Proposal shall be required with each Proposal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and material, and maintenance and guarantee bonds in the amount of 100% of the project. No bids may be withdrawn after the above date and time for receiving bids for a period of sixty (60) calendar days. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the proposals.
