The city of minneapolis is issuing this call for bids for prospective suppliers to furnish and deliver ductile pipe & victaulic fittings for pump station 6 water line replacement, for pw-water engineering along with various boards and departments, all in accordance with specifications, line items and all documents requested herein. Questions due by: august 21st, 2025, no later than 12:00 pm local time Contract period: 09/08/2025 - 09/08/2026 A single contract will be awarded to the (overall) low, responsive, responsible bidder meeting all specifications. This contract may be renewed at the expiration of the initial term at the request of the city. The city reserves the right to extend this contract for two (2) additional 12-month periods if agreeable to both parties. A contractor responding to this solicitation document swears that they are in compliance with the minimum criteria in minnesota statutes, section 16c.285, subdivision 3, and shall upon request submit to the city a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria. The city reserves the right to waive irregularities and clerical errors.
