Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Provide all Labour, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, testing, and commissioning necessary to complete the Cooling Tower Upgrade project at the BC Immigration Holding Centre. Work includes modifications to cooling tower drainage systems, installation of basin sweeping equipment, revisions to associated piping and drainage connections, implementation of recommendations identified in the Cooling Tower Study Report, and related mechanical, controls, structural, electrical, and architectural work required for a complete and operational installation. The Contractor shall maintain building operations where required, coordinate shutdowns, comply with PSPC Legionella control requirements, provide all required health, safety, environmental, testing, and closeout documentation, and deliver the work in accordance with the contract documents, applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
