Utility Roadway Cut Repair and Asphalt Supply Sevier County Utility District (SCUD) invites all interested and qualified parties to submit a proposal for the purchase and/or placement of asphalt for the purpose of repairing SCUD's roadway cuts or patching. This contract shall be a unit-based contract for the purchase and/or placement of asphaltic concrete for the purpose of repairing Utility Street Cuts produced by Owner's operation. For the purposes of this contract, the work is divided into two sections as listed heirin. Contractors must submit bids on all items to be considered.
