All bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes so marked " SPACKENKILL SANITARY SEWER PUMP STATION REPLACEMENT", along with the associated contract ("CONTRACT NO. 2025-01"). A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Town's Spackenkill Pump Station site located at 177 Spackenkill Road (NYS 113) upon request. Please note that parking at the site is limited, so Bidders are encouraged to park at the Town owned property located at 180 Spackenkill Road, which is a vacant parcel at the westerly corner of Spackenkill Road and Millbank Road. Bidders will have access to the site at that time to inform him/herself of the conditions relating to the work required under this project and the employment of labor thereon. The Town of Poughkeepsie reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any Bid in the interest of the Town of Poughkeepsie.
