Closing Time: 1:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/09/02 12:00:00 PM NDT 1. Work for this project includes but is not limited to the Demolition of 1unit, 2 Birch Crescent, Shoal Harbour, NL. Work for this project is as specified herein and referred to in the specifications. The building is approximately 1400 ft2 (+-200 ft2). 2. The following outline is general and is not to be considered complete in every detail. Contractor responsible for and damages caused outside the scope of work during construction. Before submitting a quote, bidders shall carefully examine the Contract Documents and the site of the proposed work to fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations. 3. Contract price to include all tipping fees. Any concealed items of concern or that which is not contained in this scope of work to be discussed with NLHC representative prior to any work moving forward. 4. This unit is currently without power and water. Contractor is responsible to provide alternate sources of power and water in order to facilitate the work. 5. Please Note: Contractor is responsible to conduct a thorough site assessment to identify potential hazards and determine the most suitable demolition methods and equipment.
