Closing Time: 12:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/09/23 12:00:00 PM NDT Clearing Sections of Route 1 - Route 204 to Clarenville, km 166 to km 193 The Work will be substantially performed within 4.0 months from the date of notification of award of contract or March 31, 2026, whichever is later. Contractors are advised the PROJECT shall include, but will not be limited to, the scope as outlined in the following summary. Clearing location as indicated below: Part A - Route 1 TCH-From Route 204 Intersection to 3.5 Km West of Manitoba Drive Intersection Km 166 (48.006573, -53.955299) to km 193 (48.190317, -54.027215) Work will include: Mobilization and Demobilization Accommodation of Traffic Clearing Along Both Sides of the Highway In the event there are discrepancies between the KM markers and coordinates as provided, the coordinates will take precedence. For further information, please refer to the breakdown of quantities in the tender document and the updated Department's Specifications Book. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
