ProjectDescription The City of Greer is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to construct the repair and painting services for stairwells at Greer City Hall. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, labor, licenses, and supervision to provide and install the work as described below: A. Prepare, including the filling of cracks, holes, and sheetrock repairs, all walls and ceilings of Stairwell A and Stairwell B, including sheetrock on bottom face of staircases. B. Ensure all surfaces being painted are clean and free of any dust or foreign materials and ready to receive paint. C. Prime and paint all walls of Stairwell A (main stairwell) and Stairwell B (employee stairwell). One (1) coat ProMar 200 Zero V.O.C. Primer and two (2) coats Scuff Tuff Interior Enamel in Sherwin Williams Useful Gray (SW7050) matte sheen are required. D. Prime and paint all ceiling surfaces, including bottom face of staircases, of Stairwell A and Stairwell B (drop ceiling excluded). One (1) coat ProMar200 Zero V.O.C. Primer and Two (2) coats ProMar Interior Acrylic Latex Ceiling Paint in flat sheen are required. E. All railings are excluded from this scope of work.
