Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Media, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
MEDIA Borough is soliciting bids for the installation of two stamped asphalt pedestrian crosswalks with ADA Compliant curb ramps and a pedestrian Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon. Removal of an existing crosswalk and ramp is also proposed with this project. The awarded bidder is responsible for all fees due to the online service. Question Deadline 09/10/2025 at 1:00 PM ET Online Portal Bids must be made on the forms furnished by the Owner and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten (10%) of the total price bid made payable to the Owner. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. Prevailing Wage requirements are applicable to this project. Public Works Employment Verification Act requirements are also in effect. Award of Contract will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
