Media Borough ADA/Streetscape Improvement Projects MEDIA Borough is soliciting bids for installation of 11 ADA Compliant Curb Ramps, replacement of 1 Bus Shelter along Baltimore Avenue and 1 Trolley Shelter along State Street. a certified check or bid bond issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten (10%) of the total price bid made payable to the Owner. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. the Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Questions must be submitted, in writing, via online. Questions Due Date: Jul 31st 2025, 10:00 AM EDT QA 7/29/25: Maintenance Bond should be one year Contract timeframe should be 60 days
