The project includes installation of curbing and vegetated/mulch areas, continental crosswalks with ADA compliant ramps and restriping in the travel lanes. a certified check or bid bond issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten (10%) of the total price bid made payable to the Owner. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. Award of Contract will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. The Location of the Project is at Lemon and Jefferson Streets in MEDIA Borough. There is a question and answer period for this project prior to the bid opening.
