Renovation of an educational facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Tate General Contractors is accepting competitive bids from specialty contractors for the following project: University Heights Elementary School Metal Roof Retrofit and HVAC Upgrades for the Nettleton Public School District located in Jonesboro, Arkansas, hereinafter termed owner. Bids are on a lump sum basis Bid proposals exceeding$20,000.00 MUST be accompanied by a bidder' s bond or cashier ' s check in the amount of five percent of their bid (5%)made payable to: Tate Genera Contractors, Inc., Jonesboro ,Arkansas. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds using AIA Document A312. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the opening of the bids, without written consent from the owner.
