Concordia Ave. - N. 27th St. to 150'+/- W. of N. 28th St. N. 26th St. - W. Concordia Ave. to W. Townsend St. W. Townsend St. - N. 25th St. to N. 27th St. Bid Security Required: Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Cash to accompany bid: 10% of Contractor's Base Bid. Time for completion: All work shall be completed by May 15, 2026. All work shall be continuous and the number of allowable work days shall be 85 work days.
