The General Work Requested is: Removal and Construction of: 5 Inch Concrete Walks, 7 Inch Concrete Driveways, Concrete Curb and Gutter, Sawing and Sodding & Topsoil, Gravel Filling, Other Concrete Removals, Etc.; 2025 Scattered Sites Sidewalk Replacements at Various Locations City Wide. Time for Completion: All work on this contract shall be completed by June 26, 2026. Liquidated Damages, per diem: $500.00/Day The SBE requirement for this project is 25% of the contract base bid. The SBE Compliance Plan (Form A) must be submitted with the bid and is an element of bid responsiveness. SBE certificates must be submitted with the Form A. Incomplete SBE Compliance Plans (Form A) or inaccurate SBE Compliance Plans will not be accepted and will render the bid unresponsive.
