Provide equipment, materials, labor, fuel and project management to complete the installation of approximately 12,700 square feet of 115 - mil thick FleeceBACK Adhered TPO Membrane Roofing System to overlay the existing roof of Lebanon Police Department located at 401 S. Jefferson, Lebanon, Missouri 65536. The bid shall include overlaying 2 garages adjoining the building. The first garage is approximately 950 square feet. The second garage is approximately 475 square feet. The bid shall also include overlaying the 2 raised flat roofs located at the front of the building. The new TPO roof shall have at a minimum a 20 - year warranty. The contractor shall supply all material, labor and equipment to complete this project.
