Site work for a road / highway in Lebanon, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The City of Lebanon, Missouri ("The City") invites bids from qualified organizations for the rebuilding of a 69kV transmission line approximately 0.25 miles long that crosses interstate I-44 and replacing a single distribution pole along Jefferson Ave as specified herein for the City of Lebanon. Question Deadline 06/26/2025 at 5:00 PM CT The project completion date has been changed from September 30th, 2025, to November 21st, 2025. The City of Lebanon is receiving proposals for rebuilding a 69kV transmission line approximately 0.25 miles long that crosses interstate I-44 and replacing a single distribution pole along Jefferson Ave. Both projects are located in Laclede County, Missouri. Outages will need to be coordinated with the City well in advance of construction and coordination with MoDOT will need to occur to account for traffic control. I-44 crossing will have transmission de-energized, and the distribution will need to be back-fed and have bells cut in to de-energize the area where the work will be done. Mother's garden will have a feeder on the top of the pole that can be killed out, but the bottom feed will have to remain energized during the daytime. For the I-44 crossing project, concrete piers will need to be installed for two deadend galvanized steel poles located on either side of the interstate with a weathering steel pole replacing an adjacent tangent wood pole. The Steel poles have been delivered to the Warehouse Electric Department, 1401 West Commercial, Lebanon, MO 65536. 3/8" HS Steel will be used as the OHGW and the transmission conductor will be new 336 ACSR (Linnet). The crossing will also include two 3- phase 12.47kV distribution circuits, owned by the City of Lebanon, using new 556 ACSR (Osprey) conductor. Distribution arm framing will consist of fiberglass and bolted-on steel arms. In addition, this crossing location will include service tap and communication attachment transfers. For the Mother's Garden project at Jefferson Ave, a single 4-way deadend wood pole will be replaced with a galvanized steel pole that will require a new 3-phase recloser to be mounted on. The expectation is to reuse the existing 336 ACSR (Merlin) conductor. There will also be communication attachment transfers at this pole. Project Completion Date September 30th 2025 Question Deadline 06/26/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Email completed RFI forms in Microsoft Word format to the following: Mr. Josh Sirb at jsirb@tothassociates.com; Mr. Travis Long at tlong@LEBANONMO.ORG and Ms. Jessica Meiners at jmeiners@LEBANONMO.ORG
