Included is the installation of bathroom exhaust fans and associated duct, along with kitchen exhaust and duct. Project Owner Number: 47-01-37 Pre-Bid Meeting Info: N/A The Owner will furnish the Contractor electronic copies of drawings and specifications at no charge. B. The Owner will furnish the Contractor electronic copies of explanatory or change drawings at no charge. C. The Contractor may make copies of the documents as needed with no additional cost to the Owner. No oral interpretations will be made to any bidder as to the meaning of the plans and specifications or the acceptability of alternate products, materials, form or type of construction. Every request for interpretation shall be made in writing and submitted with all supporting documents not less than seven (7) calendar days before opening of bids. Every interpretation made to a bidder will be in the form of an addendum and will be sent as promptly as is practicable to all persons to whom plans and specifications have been issued.
