Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required and construct the improvements in their entirety as shown on the Plans and as specified herein. The Work may include, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. the surface preparation, priming, and painting of an existing 300,000 gallon steel standpipe and appurtenances 2. the rehabilitation of an existing 700,000 gallon glass-fused-to-steel standpipe and appurtenances 3. the replacement of existing steel tank vents with aluminum tank vents 4. the replacement of ss #24 mesh screens as indicated 5. the replacement of all manhole seals 6. the installation of passive tank mixing systems 7. the installation of 12" sch. 20 steel overflow pipe and appurtenances 8. mobilization and demobilization 9. removal of an existing cable float level indicator and associated weld repairs 10. miscellaneous appurtenances 11. items of construction work and/or materials not specifically addressed herein, but nonetheless required for a complete, operating, and acceptable installation of the work, shall be considered subsidiary to the lump sum bid item, and the cost thereof shall be considered to be included.
