Shawnee County is requesting sealed proposals for the replacement of siding at the Lake Shawnee Golf Course Clubhouse from qualified contractors for the replacement of the exterior siding on the Lake Shawnee Golf Course Clubhouse. The clubhouse is located at 4141 SE East Edge Rd, Topeka, KS 66609. The project requires the removal and disposal of existing siding, preparation of wall surfaces, and installation of new board and batten siding made of fiber cement or Hardie Board. Question Deadline 09/16/2025 at 5:00 PM CT All questions regarding this RFP should be submitted through the Shawnee County Online Bid Portal.
