Reference Number 0000300760 Question Acceptance Deadline Sep 15, 2025 02:00 PM ADT The Consultant shall perform a visual, tactile, and thermographic inspection of all elevations at the building asset for signs of physical deterioration and substandard energy efficiencies. Based on the recorded findings of the inspection, they shall generate a report that identifies any and all defects and damage to the exterior cladding system, and then make recommendations for a host of improvements to the façade’s thermal and structural performance. Any noted deficiencies and damage done to all of the façades will be documented according to location, and interventions to noted damages shall be based on a priority of importance, lifecycle expectations, and magnitude. This shall inform future implementation projects to achieve code and standards compliance, as well as suggested interventions and technologies that may improve functionality and performance of the building for all tenants. Included in the site review are: sandstone cladding mortar, exterior sealants and interface components of the roof wall, Atrium Glass and Curtain Wall, and aluminum windows. Consultant is expected to conduct nondestructive testing to review the facade anchoring system at areas of concern at either the exterior or interior of the wall assembly. The final report must result in a cohesive and complete scope of work, addressing all the building façade components, with recommended options and costs that are reasonable to be implemented during construction.
