The Clinton County Board of Commissioners invites firms to submit their proposals to perform janitorial services for county buildings located in Wilmington, Ohio Potential Bidders Who Provide Contact Information Will Be Notified of Any Changes or Updates and Will Be Included in Answers to Any Questions. Bids must provide a copy of BWC certificate, Insurance Certificate, non-collusion affidavit. Buildings to be cleaned daily are as follows: JFS 40,357 sf, Courthouse 43,660 sf; Annex 29,434 sf; Prosecutor 7,625 sf; Veterans 5,508 sf; Sheriff's Office 10,000 sf; Administrative Campus 40,000 sf. SF is approximate. Contract will include daily cleaning of offices and common areas, daily sanitation of high touch areas, restrooms, in addition to weekly and other periodic duties including ordering paper and cleaning supplies. Staff assigned to county offices must pass criminal background checks. Business must be insured for no less than $1m per occurrence in liability and property damage.
