MIPS, a subsidiary of Summit, is requesting proposals for the following: o K-12 Playground Equipment, including Installation Services o Band Instruments o Athletic Supplies, Field Equipment o Band Uniforms o Managed Print Services o EV Chargers o Disaster Recovery Cost-Plus Services o HVAC as a Service, HVAC Components o Technology Items, Software, Services o Transportation Services o Plumbing Services o Cafeteria Services o Fleet as a Service o Professional Development o ESCO Services and Savings Programs o Security Services - Armed and Unarmed o School Safety Programs MIPS reserves the right to determine vendor eligibility and continuation. SECTION 2: TERM Contracts will be for one year, renewable annually. Pricing may be updated quarterly with 30-day notice. SECTION 3: PRICING o Submit pricing as Discount Off List o Pricing must apply statewide in Mississippi o Indicate whether pricing is transferable to other states SECTION 4: SUPPORT o Include standard support structure and response expectations o Shipping must be included o MIPS will not mediate vendor-agency disputes SECTION 5: INSTALLATION & DELIVERY o Detail installation and delivery options with costs o Entities will negotiate specifics; costs flow through MIPS o Vendors must comply with local safety policies SECTION 6: FEES & REPORTING o Vendors pay MIPS a fixed percentage of sales o Monthly sales reports and payments required o All transactions must follow MS Code 31-7-13 SECTION 7: SCORING 1.
