Renovation of an educational facility in Claremore, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12,312-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

Renovation of existing 5,512 sf space to create a new Adminstration Office. Renovation of existing 2,800 sf space and addition of 600 sf to create a new Indoor Practice Facility. Renovation of existing 4,000 sf space to create a new Locker Rooms. The Scope of Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to the following general items: Construction Manager (CM): Brewer Construction Company of Eastern Oklahoma, Inc. Contractor: Bidder 1. All submittals, shop drawings, samples and mock-ups required by the contract documents shall be complete as indicated not more than 30 days from executed subcontract or as dictated by construction schedule. 2. Furnish all licenses and permits and arrange for inspections and required testing as may be required by and for this contractors work. 3. Protection of adjacent surfaces and repair of any damage caused by the work of the contractor. 4. Contractor to provide manpower and equipment necessary, as required by the project schedule, including interim milestone dates, and to provide additional crews, equipment, etc and or overtime required to maintain the schedule if contractor falls behind due to their own fault or due to inclement weather. 5. Contractor to provide for its employees all necessary safety equipment as required by authorities having jurisdiction. 6. Contractor to be responsible for field engineering, layout and field layout from benchmarks and base building control furnished by the construction manager. 7. Receiving, hoisting and materials transport for this scope of work. 8. Temporary barricades, flagmen and traffic control as required. 9. Pumping and dewatering as for this scope of work. 10. Saw cutting and patching, as required for completion of the work required by this scope of work. 11. Provide drinking water for your employees and your subcontractors employees under this scope of work. 12. Provide all scaffolding, work platforms, equipment and supplies to complete all work
