The project is awarded to South State Inc in the amount of 237,412.87 Doc note: Bid Documents and Drawings for the proposed work, which have been prepared by DeBlasio & Associates, P.C., are available at the office of said Engineer at 4701 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, New Jersey 08260, and may be inspected by prospective bidders during business hours. One (1) original and two (2) copies of the bid submission are required. The award of the contract for this project will not be made until the necessary funds have been provided by the Township of Lower in a lawful manner. The Township of Lower reserves the right to consider the bidsforsixty (60) days after the receipt of said bids. The Township of Lower also reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the best interest of the Township of Lower. Bidders are expected to examine the specifications and related bid documents with care and observe all their requirements. Ambiguities, errors or omissions noted by bidders should be promptly reported in writing to the appropriate official. Any prospective bidder who wishes to challenge a bid specification shall file such challenges in writing with the contracting agent no less than three business days prior to the opening of the bids. Challenges filed after that time shall be considered void and having no impact on the contracting unit orthe award of a contract pursuant to NJ.S.A. 40A:ll-13. In the event the bidder fails to notify the Owner of such ambiguities, errors or omissions, the bidder shall be bound by the requirements ofthe specifications and the bidder's submitted bid. No oral interpretation and or clarification of the meaning ofthe specifications for any goods and services will be made to any bidder. Such request shall be in writing, addressed to the Owner's representative stipulated in the specification. In order to be given consideration, a written request must be received at least seven (7) business days priorto the date fixed for the opening of the bid for goods and services.
